Registration Information: Registration is located in Lobby A of the South Wing of the Kentucky Exposition Center. Advance registrants can bring their bar-coded confirmation to the Express Badge Pick-up stations located by the registration area in the North Wing Grand Lobby, where you will receive your printed badge and tickets. Photo ID (driver’s license, passport or government issued photo ID) may be required at the Express Badge Pick-Up station. There is a $30 on-site registration fee.

Registration hours are:
Monday-Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed for all registration and education fees by going to the Attendee or Exhibitor Registration area. Please bring with you the badge or tickets you wish to exchange. If an education session has already taken place you will not be allowed to transfer that ticket.

Seminar Information: Sessions will run from 8-9:15 a.m., 9:45-11 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m., 1:45-3 p.m. and 3:30-4:45 p.m. each day. Sessions will be held in the South Hall meeting rooms. Show Badges: Attendees and exhibitors are required to wear the official show badge to gain entry into the exhibit area and education programs. Badges are non-transferable and must be worn at all times in the Kentucky Exposition Center at both the indoor and outdoor exhibit areas as well as during education sessions or field trips. There is a $30 fee to replace a lost badge.

Parking: There are more than 19,000 parking spaces at the Kentucky Exposition Center. Parking is $6.

Industry Publications (free issues):
Publications supporting the shows have provided issues for complimentary distribution. Publication bins are located in the North Wing exhibit hall.

Disabled Access: The Kentucky Exposition Center is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

First Aid and Medical Care: First aid and emergency medical care is available during show hours in the North Hall Lobby next to the East Hall Meeting Room 1.

Hotel Shuttle Information:
A complimentary shuttle bus system will run between the official ICUEE hotels and the Kentucky Exposition Center to serve exhibitor personnel and attendees during show days. Shuttle buses will run during peak service only for all show days. The schedule is as follows:

3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Thursday, October 9
7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Internet Access/Cyber Cafe: Terminals with complimentary email access will be located in the North Wing Lobby.

Intra-Show Tram: Complimentary trams will transport exhibitors and attendees to designated stops within the show grounds.

Lost and Found: Lost articles may be claimed or turned in at the Show Management Office in South Wing Room 101 or West Wing, Room W4. For lost articles left on the shuttle buses, please turn them into the Shuttle Supervisor at the information desk in the shuttle area.

Luggage Check: Luggage Check will be located in the North Lobby.

Newsroom: For working media representatives, the ICUEE newsroom is located in East Hall 3 (adjacent to North Hall, off the Grand Lobby). It is open during show days and show hours, and services include workstations, lounge area and light refreshments.

Restaurants and Food Concessions: Food and beverages are available throughout the show exhibit areas. Buffet-restaurants are located in South Hall B and the West Hall.

Security: Show Management is working with the Kentucky Exposition Center and a private security firm to ensure that appropriate safety measures are taken for the event. While at the show, you should carry photo identification (Driver’s License or Passport).

Show Management: The Show Management Office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. throughout the show days. The offices will be fully staffed and open to exhibitors and attendees. This office will be located South Wing, Room 101 and West Wing, Room W4.

Taxi Service: There will be designated taxi pick-up and drop-off points at the Kentucky Exposition Center located in the front of the Freedom Hall.
