Welcome to the Media Services section of ICUEE, the leading demonstration exhibition for the utility and construction industries.

News Media: In this section you’ll find the latest news and information to assist with your editorial coverage of the show.

We provide the media with a variety of pre-show and on-site services, including:

• Show news, photos, logos, fact sheets and background information
• Media badge that allows extended entry to exhibits and access to all media services
• Newsroom with work areas and access to exhibitor press kits and other information
• Assistance with tours of exhibits and arranging interviews with exhibitors and speakers

Exhibitors: Exhibitors may access the newsroom for the purpose of supplying press kits or messages for editors, or if an editor has scheduled an interview with them.

• Exhibitors are encouraged to provide press kits to the show newsroom. Exhibitors are responsible for kit shipment/storage as the newsroom does not have sufficient space for this purpose.
• During show dates and show hours, exhibitors may host a news conference only on-site, in a news conference room or exhibit booth. Booth events are also permitted two hours prior to or after show hours with show management permission. Exhibitors are encouraged to alert show management to their news event plans for compilation into a master calendar for the convenience of media.
• Media Contacts: A list of media participating in the show's Supporting Publication program is available in the Exhibitor Marketing Kit.
