Travel Planners is the official housing provider for ICUEE 2009. In most cases, Travel Planners will only contact ICUEE attendees and exhibitors only after hotel rooms have been secured. If you are contacted by a housing provider, other than Travel Planners, claiming to service ICUEE 2009, please email bprice@icuee.com immediately. Please note that unofficial housing providers are often unable to provide complete services related to the show that are available through the official housing provider. Show management works to prevent unauthorized solicitation of ICUEE exhibitors and attendees and will pursue these companies to prevent future contact.

Shuttle Bus
Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the Kentucky Exposition Center at most official show hotels on October 6-8, 2009, saving you valuable time and money on travel. Check the Shuttle Schedule dates and times of service.

Airport Transportation
A variety of shuttle, limousine and taxicab services are available at the Louisville International Airport. For more information on these ground transportation options, please visit the Louisville International Airport website.
