Exhibitor Registration

Extended Advance Registration Deadline has now expired.

You can still register before the show at the current onsite fees. Save time by registering now through our online process. Print your confirmation and bring with you to the show to have your badges printed at the Exhibitor Registration Counters located in the South Wing Lobby A OR at either Express Badge Pick-Up area located in the West Hall B Exhibitor Services or North Wing Grand Lobby.

Complimentary Exhibitor Badges

Exhibiting companies are offered complimentary registration for exhibitor personnel based on exhibit space purchased. Exhibitors can use allotted complimentary badges for dealers, customers or guests. This option is available only during advance on-line registration process. Regular badge fees apply after allotment has been met. If badges remain in your allotment after advance registration is closed, they may be used for exhibit personnel only on-site. Any changes to your exhibit space such as additional, reduced or cancelled space this will automatically result in changes to the amount of free badges.

Education Session Tickets
- 1 - 2 Tickets $85.00 each
- 3 - 5 Tickets $80.00 each
- 6 - 11 Tickets $70.00 each
- 12 or Tickets $55.00 each

On-Site Registration Location and Hours:

Exhibitor Registration Counters will be located in the South Wing Lobby A for both indoor and outdoor exhibitors. Those that have pre-registered and have a confirmation can have badges printed here OR at either Express Badge Pick-Up area located in the West Hall B Exhibitor Services or North Wing Grand Lobby. The hours are listed below.

Press/Media Registration

Exhibitors who are also press/media and need a media badge should also register as media. Click here to register and for further details regarding media credentials.

Education Sessions

After completing the on-line registration you will receive an e-mail confirmation summarizing your registration from CompuSystems Inc. Bring this bar-coded confirmation with you to the show to claim your show badge. Verify all information for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation via e-mail or fax (within 72 hours) or mail within 14 days after sending your registration please contact CompuSystems Inc., at the numbers indicated above.
